I chose this rose hair clip because I have a white one from years ago that still looks fantastic in my hair, and this one is a lovely wine red color. Also you have the option of using it as a brooch which I though was a nice idea. The size is just right to look flattering and not over the top. For around £5.89 at the time I got mine if it had been as I was expecting then I would have given it high stars... but unfortunately it's not.From a distance and in darker rooms I might get away with wearing it, but once it's in the light you can see how badly it's made. The whole thing looks like it might fall apart and is covered in loose threads and blobs of glue, also the nice soft material is looking warn in some patches even from new. I was so disappointed. Please see photos and you'll understand. It was a nice idea, but so not worth the money with this poor quality, sorry. Can't recommend.
