First the plus. The density of the wig was truly 180 like I ordered. Hair was excellent quality and they customized it to a small cap for me. The hair was styled nice even. The big con was the top of the wig had thin spots. It was just 2 spots but I couldn't just overlook it. 1 was right in the center part! Knots are NOT bleached. I was going to do an exchange but the person I was dealing with off-putting and came across rude. So I went with a refund instead.
