Keep in mind, my skin tone (during winter - no tan) is pretty light and I have brown hair.First, let me say that the seller exceeded my expectations on shipping. I wasn't even supposed to get this device until later this week - Jan 4th-9th but I got it on December 23rd - BRAVO!The IPL device exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't think of a "CON" worthy of mentioning so here are the PRO's I made note of.It was packaged very well.It comes with the IPL device, power supply and handy dark glasses to save your eyes.The device has a few safety features I like: 1 - it won't flash unless it's up against you skin. 2 - after about 50 flashes on the highest setting, it will stop until you pull it back from your skin and reapply.For ME, it didn't get too hot or feel uncomfortable on the highest setting. I now use the highest setting in all situations.I am using this on and around the most sensitive areas you can think of. I'm a male so you can imagine whereto I am referring.It actually does work. I use it every day, on every body part I need to, without hesitation (despite the friendly warnings in the very well documented manual). I even have a few nagging hairs right on the edges of my mouth so I built a template out of cardboard with a small dime-sized hole in it. I put the hole over the small spot on the edges of my mouth and zap that spot on level 5.I have noticed a significant decrease in hair in all areas used, over the past 10 days. I expect to complete my zapping before summer so that I can go out in the sun without worry (see manual about sun exposure).A 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend this device and the seller, both.
